3D Printing Services
UIG 3D Printing offer sub-contract 3D Printing services to organisations or individuals who have requirements for 3D Printed items. There are many reasons why a third-party can be engaged to print 3D Prints and some of the more common reasons are as follows:
- individual or organisation does not have access to a 3D Printer.
- individual 3D Prints do not warrant the purchase and maintenance of a 3D Printer.
- the build dimensions are beyond the capabilities of your current 3D Printer.
- the materials required are not supported by your current 3D Printer.
- your time is valuable and ensuring correct 3D Prints is not an efficient use of your time.
- you need a design printed with the highest levels of privacy and security.
Whatever your reason may be, UIG 3D Printing can print any design in many different materials with virtually no limit in dimensions.
Our process works whereby:
1. You submit your design to us for inspection and quotation purposes – we are happy to sign a NDA if you wish.
2. UIG 3D Printing will supply you with a formal written quote including specifics such as materials to be used, dimensions, slicing, colouring, inspection and acceptance methodology, turnaround times, packaging and freight.
3. We use Australia Post to freight finished products around Australia, however, local pick-up is always and option should you wish.
4. We package a full printing report and also provide a video of the printing process from the (particular) printing bay for your records.
Furthermore, we offer:
1. The option for you (or your staff) to be present whilst printing is in process.
2. Fully private 3D Printing bays whereby your finished product is printed and packaged within a fully secure location.
3. Optional remote camera connectivity so that you can view your item being printed from anywhere in the world via a secure connection.
Many options are available and we are happy to discuss and advise.
